Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it. NO REFUNDS This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation. BACKGROUND SCREENING We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions. By making a reservation, you authorize the use of your personal information (including name, address, date of birth, or other identifying information) to obtain these reports, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel, block, restrict or terminate your access to our services or reservations made or contemplated, based on our evaluation of such reports. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We may refuse service to any individual for any reason(s) that does not violate federal or state laws. Important Information for Your Stay Housekeeping: 🧼 At check-in, your unit will be sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to our professional cleaning service. While daily housekeeping isn’t included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. Pool Heating: 🏊 Want to enjoy a warm swim? Add pool heating to your reservation for just $35 per day. Please give us at least a week’s notice to set it up. Note that the heater must be on for the entire duration of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We don’t recommend using the pool during cold or rainy weather. Pool Maintenance: 🔧 Our pool is serviced weekly. After rain, you may see some debris in the water—this is normal and will clear up quickly. BBQ Usage: 🍔 Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank during their stay. Pet Policy: 🐶 Bringing your furry friend? We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy's accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee. Please keep your pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them. Woof woof! Shipping Packages: 📦 If you plan to ship items via Amazon, FedEx, or other carriers, please note that all packages will be delivered to the clubhouse, not to the house. This is outside of our control, and there is a mandatory $15 handling fee for all packages. Travel Insurance: 🛡️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay, especially during Florida’s Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Kim was SUCH a great host, she was very communicative when asked, place was gorgeous and homey, she had everything needed. Pool was warm! Loved the pool! The rooms were gorgeous my daughter loved playing in the rooms as well!
