🌡️ Pool Heating: ATTENTION! Love a warm swim? You can add pool heating to your reservation for just $35 per day—both the pool and spa share the same efficient, connected heating system for consistent warmth and energy savings. Simply let us know at least a week in advance! Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during the winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Also, please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather. 💦 Pool Maintenance: To keep the pool in perfect condition, it’s serviced weekly. After rain showers, you may notice some debris in the water—this is completely normal and clears quickly. 📅 Travel Insurance: We highly recommend getting travel insurance for your stay, especially since Hurricane Season in Florida runs from June 1st to November 30th. Refunds will follow Airbnb’s policy at the time of your booking. BBQ Usage: Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank before and after use. 🍔🔥 Enjoy your grilling! Pet Policy: 🐶 Bringing your furry friend? We're happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy's accepted breeds) for a $150 pet fee.
