The resort is close to Disney World Theme Parks, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Universal Orlando Resort, Outlets, restaurants (Refer to our fantastic Guidebook for more recommendations). The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cutlery, utensils, glasses, and more. We offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Cable TV in the living room, and streaming in all rooms. Clean towels and sheets are provided for all guests. Bedroom 1: First-floor bedroom with King size bed, carpet, closet, and cable TV. Bedroom 2: Master Suite bedroom with King Size Bed, carpet, cable TV, closet, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and two sinks. 🧹 Housekeeping: At check-in, you’ll find the unit sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to our professional cleaning service! While daily housekeeping isn’t included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. 🏊‍♂️ Pool Heating: Want to enjoy a warm swim during your stay? Add pool heating for just $35 per day! Simply let us know at least a week in advance! Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Please note that during the winter season (Dec 21 - Mar 20), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Also, please avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather. 🧼 Pool Maintenance: Our pool is serviced weekly. After rain, you might notice some debris in the water—this is normal and will clear up quickly! 🍔 BBQ Usage: Guests are responsible for refilling the BBQ propane tank for your grilling adventures! 🐾 Pet Policy: Bringing your furry friend? We had an amazing stay at Kimberly's place! It was the perfect location for our event at the ESPN Zone! We have stayed at many airbnb's. We have never had better host!! Kimberly's communication is excellent...she provided us everything we needed and more! Plus she responds immediately to any and all messages. The townhome was beautiful and immaculate. You have multiple transportation options to reach us from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Either catch an Uber for a convenient ride or rent a car through Turo or one of the various rental car companies available at MCO.
