We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Gustavo & Kimberly were excellent hosts. The unit was everything we were looking for and proved a wonderful home during our 5 month stay. The place was clean and well taken care of, and Gustavo & Kimberly were very responsive whenever we had questions. The unit itself is located in a cozy part of Northfield with ample parking, easy access to shopping and groceries as well as a lovely walking path/park that's ideal for walking your dog or going for a run. Overall an easy and pleasant stay that we would recommend to anyone.
